Monthly Contract Services
Bi-Weekly House Checks
After fully initializing the house, which will help us locate main water lines, electrical breakers, and other vital services, a fully customizable weekly checklist will be put in place for each home. Some of the items will include checking proper use of the HVAC / AC as well as checking under sinks, toilets and around water heaters for any possible leaks. We will start and run cars, check the home automation systems and alarms. During this walkthrough, Snake River Caretaking will check exterior surfaces for any possible seasonal hazards like ice dams, snow build up. This weekly checklist is tailored to each individual home and will properly ensure everything is properly working correctly and help avoid any potential problems down the road.
Bill Pay
Snake River Caretaking can handle all of your bills associated with your home in Teton county. With our working capital accounts, we will automatically pay your monthly or quarterly bills. These bills can include power, electric, HOA, country club, water and sanitation, and septic. The bills will be posted monthly on your homeowner bill so that you can view them as well.

Snake River Caretaking can work with you or a family member before you arrival to set up a great trip. We will help in every aspect of your vacation. We will help book the best fishing guides in the valley, or a spa day, or flowers on your arrival. We work with the best service providers in the valley and can help make customizable trips that will help make your time in Jackson more special.
24-Hour Emergency Services
With every home, little things happen every now and again. The heating goes out, a pipe bursts, a breaker pops. Whatever it may be, Snake River Caretaking will have a staff member on staff available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We will respond at a moments notice to any and all of your needs. We will then contact the proper service vendor to make a fast, friendly, fix to that problem. Our staff will always be represent for any repairs, so we can tell you immediately how the problem has been fixed. Also, Snake River Caretaking will be the first responders to any alarm calls as well.
Car Maintenance
Every car at the home, will be started every week. Snake River Caretaking will also check that both insurance and registration is up to date. If service lights comes on, we will let you know as well. If you buy a new car for your home we will help get the car registered properly in Teton County. As registration comes up every year, we will schedule this ahead of time to make sure your car is ready for the open road when you arrive.

Hot Tub Services
Once a week, Snake River Caretaking will check the water levels, chemicals of your hot tub. We will documenting these levels and make adjustments to chemicals as usage levels dictate. When you are not in residence, Snake River Caretaking will maintain the tub at a lower temperature to help with heating bills. Before you arrive, we will make sure the temperature is at the desired level and the water is fresh and sparkling clean.
Groceries & Liquor Orders
Want to come home to a stocked kitchen or full service bar? Hosting a family or business event? Snake River Caretaking can take the stress off hosting events or take items off your arrival list. Before you arrive we can do your grocery shopping for you and have everything ready for your arrival. That way you can arrive with one less item you need to do and have more fun in Jackson.
Car Shuttles & Tire Changes
Any homeowner or guest of the owner, can have their car at the airport ready for their arrival. Please schedule a few days and in advance and you can get off the plane and have your car waiting for you just outside the gates or on the tarmac. If you would like to immediately go skiing or go up to the park we can have the proper gear in the car as well.
Seasonal Items
Snake River Caretaking will help with seasonal services. Anything from having the HVAC serviced before winter to moving deck furniture back outside for summer. We will properly schedule home necessities seasonally, so everything is well-stocked and ready for each season. This will include firewood, pool supplies, having skis tuned, and other items you never think of.
